About Me
Hi, I’m Philippe Bussieres, the founder of AFitness40. Fitness has been my life since I was young. I played college football, trained in amateur boxing, and spent years inside elite athletic weight rooms with professional strength coaches. Over the years, I’ve trained for every purpose imaginable—strength, speed, endurance, weight loss, injury prevention, and training from zero after serious injuries.
But what I’m most proud of is helping people over 40 transform their lives—including my own parents. I’ve seen firsthand how the right mix of training, nutrition, and accountability can give back energy, confidence, and health that many thought they had lost.
That’s why I created AFitness40. It’s not just workouts and meal plans—it’s the same principles I’ve lived, tested, and taught for years, adapted for people who want to feel strong, move well, and enjoy life after 40.
